As an RBT or BT, you will serve as a critical team member in the BlueSprig community and to the families you serve. You’ll collaborate with experts in the behavior and ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) industry to inform and implement best practices and help change the world for children with autism. In this role, you will have the incredible opportunity to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children on the autism spectrum. You’ll be responsible for implementing skill-acquisition and behavior-reduction plans as well as taking careful notes to track your client’s progress. Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) provide support and direction for the clients you work with as well as supporting you along your career journey. You’ll have access to the best and brightest BCBAs in the field for mentorship and coaching. If you’re just starting your career, we provide high-quality training to take you from a BT to an RBT to a BCBA. We offer an intern program if you’re serious about becoming a BCBA and if not, we offer other opportunities to learn and grow in your career while changing the world for children with autism.

As a BCBA, you will serve as a key member in the BlueSprig community building strong relationships and providing leadership to ensure excellent standards are maintained. You will offer oversight of the implementation of treatment programs based on the principles of ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis).
You’ll have access to industry-leading dashboards for tracking data and key performance indicators. Your peer support network is second-to-none and provides years of leadership and experience in the ABA space.
