Keith Jones

President and CEO

As president and chief executive officer of BlueSprig, Keith Jones is responsible for BlueSprig’s strategy for vision and values as well as the company’s operations and employee wellbeing. Keith brings more than twenty years of experience leading multi-site and multi-state operations as well as building and leading world class teams. Prior to joining BlueSprig, he served as Chief Operations Officer at PSA Healthcare where he engineered the turnaround of the company by overhauling business strategy, operational leadership, organizational culture, and business processes. Keith’s leadership resulted in significant improvements in employee engagement, clinical quality, and financial performance over a six-year period. During his career he has provided change management, M&A integration, and organizational development consulting to some of the largest global brands including: Molson Coors, Coca Cola, Chiquita Brands, and the US Army. He enjoys public speaking and has been invited to speak to audiences around the world. Keith holds a degree in architecture from Leeds Beckett University in England. He now lives in Houston, Texas with his wife and four children, is an avid baseball fan, and enjoys the idea that someday he’ll be able to spend some time working on his fly fishing technique.

Sharyn Kerr, PH.D, MBA, BCBA-D

Chief Administrative Officer

As Chief Administrative Officer of BlueSprig, Dr. Sharyn Kerr oversees a dynamic team of passionate professionals serving families affected by autism. She is passionate about the mission of BlueSprig and dedicated to providing unparalleled compassionate care, exceptional quality, and greater access to care for families and children. Dr. Kerr has more than 20 years of international experience in academic institutions and organizations working in autism and ABA. She has earned academic scholarships, honors, and multiple degrees from one of Australia’s elite and internationally recognized research universities. Her work has been published in the Journal of Autism and Developmental Disorders. Dr. Kerr earned her Ph.D. from the University of Western Australia in her hometown of Perth and her BCBA-D from the University of Massachusetts in the United States. She earned her MBA in 2017.  Dr. Kerr is also a passionate educator, participating in the education of a new generation of BCBAs by teaching ethics classes at several post-graduate academic institutions. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for the International School of Los Angeles where she lends her corporate and educational experience to the independent non-profit school. When she’s not working, Dr. Kerr enjoys going to movies and playing board games with her husband and two young children, long lunches with friends, and traveling to different parts of the world.

Michael Cameron, Ph.D., BCBA-D, LBA

Chief Clinical Officer

Dr. Michael J. Cameron, a licensed Board Certified Behavior Analyst, is the Chief Clinical Officer for BlueSprig Pediatrics. Prior to joining BlueSprig, Dr. Cameron was the Chief Executive and Scientific Officer for The Cedar Group, a knowledge management company that uses collaborative technologies for delivering clinical intelligence and guided decision making. Dr. Cameron is also a faculty member within the graduate program in Applied Behavior Analysis at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles, California. Dr. Cameron also served the Chief Clinical Officer for Pacific Child and Family Associates (PCFA). Dr. Cameron is experienced in the areas of knowledge management, behavioral intervention technologies, behavioral medicine, behavioral health assessment, intervention for diverse populations, and higher education. Dr. Cameron was also a tenured Associate Professor and the Founding Chair of the Department of Behavior Analysis at Simmons College. Dr. Cameron earned a master’s degree in applied behavior analysis and a Ph.D. in experimental psychology from Northeastern University.

Jill Jacobson

Chief Growth & Compliance Officer

Jill has more than 30 years of health care experience. With more than 15 years of national, multi-state responsibilities and 25 years of hospice and home health leadership, her roles have included Chief Compliance Officer and VP of Operations for industry leading, national providers. She is the former President of Butterfly Effects, a multi-state ABA therapy services provider in the autism space. Her expertise includes M&A and integration, national multi-state, multi-site home and facility-based health care operations, strategic growth, health care regulations and compliance, evidence-based quality improvement programs, and outcomes reporting. Jill and her husband, John enjoy living at the beach, visiting Disney, and watching their new grandson grow.

Chief Financial Officer

Michael has over 10 years of health care experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, finance, operations, and revenue cycle management. Prior to joining BlueSprig, Michael was the COO and CFO of Florida Autism Center/Fusion Autism Center, where led the efforts to build a scalable and repeatable operating model to provide children access to ABA services across Florida and Georgia. He began his career with the Big 4 accounting firms KPMG and Ernst and Young as an auditor and mergers and acquisitions leader. Michael holds a master's degree in accounting from the University of Florida and is a licensed CPA. Michael is married and the father of three children. In his downtime, he enjoys golfing, BBQing, and traveling.

Lance Carlson

Chief Accounting Officer

Lance has been a health care finance executive for more than 20 years. He has experience with both publicly traded health care entities as well as private equity portfolio companies. He is the former CFO of Healix Inc., a leading national management services provider for physician office infusion centers and former Regional CFO of Kindred Healthcare, Inc.’s Hospital Division, a leading national provider of long-term acute care services. His expertise includes finance operations for multi-site health care organizations, developing highly effective teams within accounting and finance, and driving efficiencies through cost controls and process improvement. Lance is a CPA and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from Texas A&M University. He and his wife Lemia live in Houston and have three grown children. Lance is an avid sports fan and enjoys traveling with family.

Kristy Rohwedder

President of Operations

Kristy has over 25 years of health care experience and has dedicated her career to serving children and families. She has had a successful leadership tenure in multiple site models with expertise in ABA therapy, OT, PT, ST, Private Duty Nursing, Prescribed Pediatric Extended Care and Physician Practice Management. Prior to joining BlueSprig, Kristy was the CEO of Florida Autism Center/Fusion Autism Center, where she led rapid expansion efforts across Florida and Georgia that ultimately provided access to services to hundreds of children. She is also a former VP of Operations at PSA Healthcare where she strengthened financial and clinical performance while enhancing the patient experience and building an internal culture where quality outcomes were the highest priority. Kristy holds a degree in nursing from the University of Central Florida and has direct clinical experience working in Pediatric Critical Care, Neonatal Intensive Care, Pediatrics, and Labor and Delivery. As a Registered Nurse, she believes that compassion and professionalism go hand-in-hand and is passionate about promoting safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Kristy is a military wife with deep admiration for those who serve.  In her down time, she enjoys singing karaoke, walks on the beach, and traveling in her RV.
