TBH Families,
We hope you and your family remain healthy and are continuing to navigate the COVID-19 situation as best as possible.
We continue to monitor the COVID situation across the country and in your location. We are aware that some local and state authorities have already or may in the future enact additional restrictions and guidance for their areas. We endorse steps to reduce the spread of COVID-19 in our communities and will continue to do our part to support these efforts.
As was confirmed in the early days of the pandemic, the medical services we provide to your family have been deemed essential by the Department of Homeland Security’s CISA agency and the States in which we operate. As such, based on our responsibility to meet your family’s medical needs and guidance that all essential health services should be maintained, we plan to continue, as we have throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, to deliver direct in person care whenever we can do so safely.
ABA treatment is critical to your family’s health. Lack of care can negatively impact your child and family. We want you to receive the critical care your family relies on and we will continue to invest in processes to ensure you can do so safely.
Please continue to monitor your own health – if you identify any symptoms, reach out and cancel your scheduled sessions. Please do not allow services to continue if you or your family are exhibiting symptoms, have been exposed to a confirmed COVID case or meet any of TBH’s and the CDC’s guidelines warranting self-isolation or quarantine.
If you have any additional questions, contact your Clinician or us directly at contactus@tbh.com.
Thank you for continuing to entrust us with your family.
