Accrediting Alliance for Training and Development
The Accrediting Alliance for Training and Development (AATD) has granted BlueSprig an Institutional Accreditation. Our accreditation demonstrates our commitment to pursuing excellence through services that are measurable, accountable, and of the utmost quality.
The Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) has also certified BlueSprig as an Authorized Continuing Education (ACE) provider. This means that we have met international standards in training and development for quality.

There are plenty of opportunities to grow with BlueSprig, from guidance as you take steps to become a Lead RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), pursue becoming a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst), or lead teams as a Clinical Director. CEU Learning Opportunities
Professional development is an important part of being a clinician, and we are proud to offer access to free, high-quality CEU (Continuing Education Unit) learning opportunities for all our talented BCBA and BCaBA team members. Our growing online CEU library is home to over 100 CEUs, including live webinars and on-demand courses, as well as access to our annual Virtual Clinical Conference.
BlueSprig Internship Program
The BlueSprig Internship Program is open to employees who are seeking national certification to become BCBAs. Through our internship, BlueSprig provides superior clinical training and prepares RBTs to begin their career as a BCBA and Clinical Supervisor.
During this intensive program, interns complete the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) required restricted and unrestricted hours, work towards mastery of skills needed to be an effective BCBA, and gain supervision from subject matter experts across the company.
