Parenting Tools for Special Children
May 10 @ 12:00 pm EDT
An event every month that begins at 12:00 pm on day Second of the month, repeating until May 10, 2021, EDT
About this Event
Let’s make parenting easier!
Join the conversation via Zoom on the second Monday of each month for live group discussions on various topics to support growth in us and our children.
There are many ways we can help our children that are free and often overlooked. Each month these tips will be shared with parents through live open dialogs.
Connect with parents worldwide who are raising children who are considered highly sensitive, autistic, ADD/ADHD, or have complex or other special needs.
Dr. Elizabeth Joy Shaffer, OTD, OTR/L, hosts this event. She is a board-certified occupational therapist passionate about sharing insights and information to promote parents’ and children’s’ well-being. Throughout the last 20 years, Elizabeth has worked with thousands of parents, children, and professionals in North America, South America, Europe, Eastern Europe, and Africa. She understands the needs and challenges of living with special needs from the individual’s perspective (child), parent, and therapist.
Take a break and join us. It’s free!
We meet on the second Monday of each month.
Time: 9am Pacific Standard Time (PST) | 12pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) | 5pm Greenwich Mean Time (GMT) | 7pm (Eastern European Time) EET
