Today we spotlight BlueSprig Austin North’s Center Director, Deborah Lederman, who exudes these qualities and more! Deborah is passionate about collaborating with her coworkers to guarantee they are implementing the best clinical outcomes and making progress for their clients. In addition to incorporating feedback from her team into Austin North’s programs, she makes sure her staff is continually trained on current proven research in order to create pathways of success.
One of her favorite quotes is a reminder that children succeed because of the environment one is given, “When a flower doesn’t bloom, you fix the environment in which it grows and not the flower.” It is important to her that when children are learning, they are in a happy environment, so she ensures that her staff is well-versed in all aspects of the needs during therapy.
