Madilyn Maikut
About
Hi! I’m Madilyn Maikut, MA, BCBA, COBA and Clinical Director at the Willoughby Hills BlueSprig location. I am a native Northeast Ohioan, residing currently in Perry, Ohio. In 2013, I graduated from Kent State University with an undergraduate degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology. Afterwards, I went on to attend grad school at Ball State University where I obtained my master’s in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism. While I was working as a behavior technician while in my undergraduate program I found my passion for serving neurodivergent children. I knew instantly once she started working in the field of ABA that becoming a BCBA is what I wanted to do as a career, so from there I dove right in. As a BCBA, I have had experience working in the school environment, home environment and clinical settings. My favorite thing about being a BCBA is being a part of each child’s journey in finding their way to navigate to the world around them. I feel so fortunate to have a career that I love. When I am not at the office analyzing data or creating new behavior intervention programs, you can find me at home with my three amazingly beautiful boys, my hard-working husband, our crazy dog Daisy and a yard full of chickens and ducks keeping me busy.
